How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–8 business days in the US. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders over $50; a flat $4.95 on orders under $50.

Returns & refunds

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day “sleep on it” guarantee on unopened items. For hygiene reasons, opened consumables (oils, mist, balm) can't be returned, but we'll replace any item that arrives defective. See our Returns & Refund Policy for details.

Are OffSzn products safe / are they medical devices?

OffSzn products are designed to support a relaxing bedtime routine. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

How do I use the diffuser and oils?

Add water and 2–3 drops of a wind-down oil to the Aura Diffuser, start it 20–30 minutes before bed, and let the scent and warm light signal that it's time to switch off.
